Day 1 of "Operation Lose the Belly"

Today was my first day back at the gym and it felt AMAZING! I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and worked out my biceps, triceps, chest, back, and some abs. We'll see how sore I am tomorrow!

I think the exercise will help with my energy and also help me get back into emotional bliss. : )
